About Adrian :
Adrian is the promoter and co-founder of Artio Corporate Services Limited and Artio Trustees Limited together with Kevin Vella. He sits on the board of Artio Corporate Services Limited and Artio Trustees Limited in an executive capacity.
Adrian is a lawyer focusing extensively on corporate law, regulatory and compliance matters. He also acts as company secretary for a number of Malta-based licence holders authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and international groups with a presence in Malta. During the last ten years Adrian has worked on various licensing applications approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority and the Lotteries and Gaming Authority in Malta. He has advised companies and investment funds listed on the Malta Stock Exchange on financial markets legislation and the Malta Financial Services Authority Listing Rules. He was also involved in IPOs, private placements, and bond issues involving Maltese companies.
